There are levels of corruption in anything that generates a large sum of revenue but I highly doubt that they were like “Ok you take this money and lay down in the 1st rd then Silva is going to gently stomp your head just enough to look believable..ok” I can see the match up theory but if you’ve watched pride you know their tryin to take lives not dives..haha

I don’t think all the fights were fixed in Pride but some of them probably where. I mean even Rampage touched on this. They would put two great fighters 1 Japanese and someone else the Japanese always won. This is why the Gracies had so much beef with the Japanese fighters in Pride, they wouldn’t throw their fight.

Fixed fights? I guess that seals it Fedor was a nobody, Wandy, Nog’s, Rampage, Shogun, Spider all fakes.

That headkick Goodridge took from Gilbert Yvel was really fake looking as well, now that was instant brain damage for sure.

I totally agree with “Goomba”,and most likely
since that UFC is in Japan for the upcoming SAT event. The UFC propaganda hype machine trying to
discredit PrideFC. Reem is a prime another example of the great Pride fighters crushing the “baddest man on the planet “Brock Losner”. Fixed my AZZ. Look at some of the decision UFC had especially involving Asian fighters. PrideFC > UFC always will be,so haters get over it…

Wow you guys are so right. Such compelling evidence…I truly am surprised if any of you all are over 18 and live a successful life. How do you get far in life while acting like a child? It’s truly disheartening. Not much tertiary education in many of your lives’ huh? Regardless of how you define ‘fixed’ it cannot be applied to Fedor’s beginning fights. My comment was in regards of what Mr. Obvious specifically said about Fedor. You all really think Schilts, Herring, and Big Nog for your first 3 fights in Pride could have been a mismatched? And you don’t have time for facts? Again, I am surprise if you can be a productive part of society by any means.
