Good information but the camera work is horrible!
Too many times Freddie is explaining a technique while the fighter is demonstrating and the camera man is taking a shot at a different part of their bodies.

this is an older video clip from an instructional dvd series he did. his speech was better then and was a little bigger. that said i got that whole dvd series from titleboxing.com its awsome and he breaks down so much hopefully i can train with him a little bit at his wildcard gym before he stops teaching. thats a big one one the bucket list his skills as a coach are top notch
