Frank Shamrock can hype up a fight like no other, but when it comes to the actual fight he seems to not be able to back up all his trash talk unless of course he’s fighting Baroni.

Shamrock looked weak, and not ready to fight. He clearly had opportunities to hurt Diaz, but didn’t do much… SUCKS!!

I can’t stand these dumb little kids talking about the 209 area code and acting like it’s an awesome place. I’m from Valley Springs, it’s a 209 area and it’s mostly white, but you don’t hear us yelling 209 or anything at these stupid S&M fights.

i think shamrock is not comfortable with this weight. probably the drop effected him. a lot of fighters dont take dropping weight too well.

I think Frank’s problem is that he’s too proud and egotistical to train with other people. He had an opportunity to jump on Nick’s back in the 1st round and elected to throw haymakers instead which enabled Nick to get right back up. Also, Frank’s been training with Maurice Smith for years and did not utilize any clinch work which was suprising. I think Frank is done.

agreed fightclub, way to go frank, this was cung lee 2. you reverse him and have his back and you let him up then throw 3 punches which all miss, then its back to getting owned in a boxing match. sad sad sad, diaz has been beaten with gnp, but good ol frank wanted to “test” himself yet again. what happened to submission wrestling frank? you know, the thing youre good at.
