Shamrock looked off his game, almost like he didn’t have the motivation to win. I refuse to believe that Diaz is so much better a fighter that he could take out Shamrock so easily. We all saw how quickly Shamrock got to his feet after being taken down, even from a full mount.

Nick has no head movement!! He resembles Wanderlei in that sense but it worked! That last body shot was amazing..It was mainly a boxing match, good fight!! Nicks got to move his head more if hes going to continue to move up in fight world.

I am amazed that Frank didn’t have a better strategy to deal with the height and reach advantage, given what a veteran technician he is supposed to be. Like Randy Couture, you’d think he would come up with an intelligent game plan. Then again, the bruised ribs just might have limited him too much. Maybe it’s the end of the line.

Yeah Yeah Yeah. I’ve been a huge fan of both for a very long time. It was just the worst match up for Frank. It’s hard for him to deal with some one long like that who’s got a much better reach. he couldn’t penetrate the barrier. And when he tried he was just hit back each time. And He had reach advantage and superior striking, as the commentators said, Nick competes in professional boxing as well as MMA, so… Diaz was superior in every way, younger, with much better cardio, as he does triathalons on a regular basis. All frank had was strength, with even that being questionable as Diaz has seemed to fill in a bit, so… really had a punchers chance, and he didnt have the reach to throw the punch. This fight was over before it started.

Look at scott smith n Pete Sell (drago) fight, drago gut punched him and wether it really hurt or not, he played possum up until drago ran up for the kill and scott smith slammed him with a good right n put em to bed … nick might have some edicate problems, but all that trash talk is simple strategy u get into someone’s head and they forget about their fight plan, im sure shamrock had one at first, but he musta lost his kool and just gone after nick … and as for the lack of power to frank’s punches, look at the begining of the match and when he got up right after that keylock attempt, he stood right up while nick was still on the ground and tried to put him away then … Prop’s goes out to nick i thought he had a good chance but i didnt think he would win like this (thats if he won the fight of coarse) as for shamrock dont fight again till ur 100% … that way you dont have to add excuses to ur false humbleness …
