Fedor WTF? C-level fighters? Jeremy Horn, Tito Ortiz, Cesar Gracie, Renzo Gracie, Phil Baroni (B- level, but entertaining) and CUNG LE who broke his arm. These are the fighters he faced before and after this 2003 fight… Hopefully Frank still has a few more fights left in him.

This was back when Frank was badass and intimidated opponents…the other guy even said before the fight “I know he’s the best in the world”…the big guy lost the staredown as well…nice job Frank…

totally agree with c.banni… that guy obviously has no background in jj, cause you could see the arm bar coming from a mile away, not to mention he had no idea how to fight it.

Get in Frank Shamrocks guard and see if you know how to fight an arm bar. I’m guessing he’d break your little twig like arm.
