Big Nog was an aggressive hungry “alley dog” with high level of confidence and stamina. Impressive.
Mir was totally low-key and humble (perhaps nervous, too) with CCC’s (calm, cool, and collected) energy. He got a big heart.
BNogcould not take Mir down after being taken down earlier, that made me laugh.

Nog nuthuggers who are whining need to either learn some jits or learn how to show some respect for a tremendous submission. That and learning not to listen to Rogan color the feed. No fight is over or won until it’s called. PERIOD. Saying Nog had that fight won is just plain stupid. Nog didn’t have the power to finish and decided to go to HIS strength (grappling/BJJ) and basically his EGO got him subbed since he thought that there would be no positions on the ground he’d be scared from.

Nog did just fine and was on the way back up to top/back control when Mir did something that surprised him which is kick out over him FASTER THAN Nog realized. Nog knows that he should have blocked the transition or grabbed the leg, but a 260lb man kicking out on top that fast is hard to stop with one arm. Nog got caught with a superb, technical Kimura. Rolling only made it worse and delayed what what a surefire submission. After the roll, and Mir sprawled, Nog should have IMMEDIATELY tapped, but his pride made him wait and he paid the price.

Nog looked neither old or bad, Mir was stunned and not gassed, and Mir obviously was a lot stronger and more patient than Nog expected. AWESOME submission no matter how you cut it.

Woah calm down Mir nuthugger! LOL. It’s not MY fault they were grabbing each others shorts, fool.

Nog almost KO’d Mir standing, I’d hardly call that an ass kicking.

And Joe saying Nog is on another level on the ground is RIDICULOUS. If anything, I gave Mir a big advantage. Nog will get hit in the face 100 times and finally get an armbar given to him; Mir will actively position and attack for submissions.
