Leg locks, even in the gym, are sketchy as hell…very easy for begginers to tweak someones knee unintentionlly…as for Big Nog- i hated seeing him get hurt like that!! But Mir did let go immediately! respect for both fighters!

about aldo and the crowd, it´s more a cultural thing. We said here kinda like “run to the crowd” when you conquer something that is huge for you and he did what is absolutely the highest point in his life so far.

@dave…everyone keeps talking about how bad mirs chin is,and yes i realize he has been the victim of 5 (t)kos, yet cain got ktfo by someone who was arguably the first really good striker that he faced(jds),so the same argument can be made about cains chin.so in fact, cain is 0 for 1 against high caliber strikers..
