Honestly as bad as crocop is, crocop would destroy him.

Big Tim has no place in the ufc at all EXCEPT for the fact that all of the ultimate fighter HW's are fucking awful. Dana wanted to make HW the division to watch. He failed miserably. To be honest, if tim is in shape, he would absolutely murder anyone from the ufc 10 cast.

I could see dana signing big tim to be a gatekeeper for the fighters from tuf 10, maybe a 4 fight contract with 2 fights against tuf 10 guys and maybe 2 fights with guys like a crocop, or a couture if he loses to vera, etc etc.

What i would REALLY like to see is big tim going to SF. AA vs BT again. Or even big tim against werdum or brett rogers. Those are all mid tier level HW fighters and i would say with BT in shape hes about mid tier level also.

The point being ANYONE good in the hw division of the ufc will most likely destroy tim, so if he comes back to the ufc its going to be against tuf10 guys for sure. At least in SF we could see some good fights against some decent names.

That's about the most well thought-out review I've heard of ANY fight topic in this whole damn blog. Totally agree - using Tim as a gatekeeper would be a good strategy for Dana. Not sure that he'll actually DO it, but it'd make good sense.

Come on now guys give the guy some slack. He dominated there for a couple of years. I agree anyone with anything resembling BJJ skills would give him a problem but it would be awesome to put him in there with some stand up fighters and just watch them bang till one of them gets KOed or They get timmy on the ground
