I read that over night, your body uses up more engergy from muscle, than it rebuilds muscle. supposedly you need to get some craseine protein, because it breaks down slowly. Milk is 80% crasein, and20% whey protein.....
Would it be good to mainly dirnk milk b4 bed, than after a work out then? I don't use supplements, anymore because i used to used my bro's protein stuff after he stopped using it and it ran out a month ago. |

I didn't want to start a new thread because it relates to this one pretty much.
Does anyone take any vitamins? I take Vitamin C and a Potassium tablet each day to circulate my blood a body fluids better. I found that it helps my body when I do exercises such as long distance running.
