Gwarn Forrest! Shows that a break shouldnt necessarily be the end of the fight. Makes me think of Mir Sylvia – If Tim can still fight, hes not been KOd or submitted, i say let em continue.

Forrest wasn’t doing so great until he landed that low kick and channelled Machida by jumping inside Paredao’s hook. Seems like he didn’t even feel his arm until a little after the KO (nice happy dance). He’s a badass but it’s a good thing the fight didn’t go two rounds because it seems like the pain caught up to him.

Anybody who ever questions Griffin’s heart should watch this fight. His arm was broken during the fight and he knocked the guy out with his good arm.

kid – tim was in the armbar when the ref stopped it. frank would have kept bending it till the skin ripped, which i think he got close to, and won that way. nobody is so tough that they will have a limb ripped off to stay in a fight.

Gummo – yes but he didnt tap. The whole idea behind a submission is causing the opponent so much pain that they submit. He caused him pain, but did not submit him. Take Hughes vs Royce Gracie, Hughes had his arm locked off, Royce didnt tap, and eventually Matt let it go. Just having a submission locked off doesnt = immediate ref stoppage
