For those that didn’t see one of my earlier posts Forrest Griffin And Renzo Gracie To Appear On Law And Order TV Show.
I don’t ususally watch Law & Order but they will both be on the show tonight. Forrest has big part and plays a suspected killer.

How lame was that??? Griffin and Gracie had nothing to do with the show. All that happens is Griffin submits Gracie (file that under NEVER) and then gets shot like 5 minutes into the episode. The rest of it is about two other guys. It was painfully obvious that they just used them to get sucker MMA fans like me to watch the show when they wouldn’t have otherwise. OK, you got me. Big L on my forehead.
