You can tell who the real threat is between Mosley and Paquiao just by the way Floyd talks about them. He is so nice and even keel when talking about Manny. Nothing but hate for Shane hmmm wouldnt you want to fight the guy who you dont like to generate even more buzz? He doesnt fear Paquiao for some reason. Either fight would be good in my opinion.

Ok Floyd has no competition, I’m not sure why he even returned to boxing. @On Tape, are you crazy? Your money on pacquiao? I’ll take that bet and give you 100 to 1 odds man. Marquez v Pacquiao 1 ended in a draw, and Pacman one the 2nd fight by 1 lousy point, a contraversial decision too. Plus, the one knockdown is the ONLY reason he won that fight. When Mayweather fought Marquez, he DESTROYED Marquez. Won every single round, it wasn’t even close. Sakuraba understands, Mayweather puts on boxing clinics and makes “good” fighters look like bums. Floyd has never lost, never been knocked down, and is one of the least hit and most accurate fighters ever.

Yes sure Manny had trouble with Marquez but he destroyed the Hitman, and the Golden boy faster and more convincingly than Floyd. I mean he pummeled Dela Hoya until he gave up in the seventh while Floyd won by a decision and a close one in my book. So, that argument means nothing. But this is all moot, since there will be no Manny vs. Floyd fight for 2 reasons. Floyd is too big, he’ll never be able to drop down to jr welterweight and Manny if he’s smart shouldn’t move up to from lightweight to fight a much larger man with skills.

mr. 42069 honestly what damage has he done to the world of combat sports? His fight drew over 1 million and incredible number especially considering how everyone talks about how boxing is dying. So what he’s a little jerk some of the time, plenty of professional athletes are whether they show it on camera or not.

And from what I’ve heard if you appreciate a highly technical and skilled boxer then Floyd is dazzling to watch in the ring. I don’t know what it is with people when a fighter is defensively sound they all the sudden get labeled a sissy or something.

Wow, everyone gets all emotional when you praise an unpopular fighter. Face it, he’s the most technical fighter out there, yeah manny beat Oscar faster and Hatton, but that also means he’s a risk taker. Throwing more power shots and getting down n dirty, we saw what happened when Hatton tried that tactic with Floyd.
