Love how all of interviews contain the phrase “he’s a smart fighter,” but yet never go into detail on how his PED use outlined just how “intelligent” he really is. Is this fight even still happening?? All I heard from Dana was that the fight was “verbally agreed to”. The date was supposed to be June in Brazil, but the UFC hasn’t made any arrangements yet, and the fight still hasn’t been signed.

I honestly think Anderson doesn’t want to fight Sonnen, not because he’s afraid, but because he doesn’t want to see Chael get rewarded for being so disrespectful to his family and to the Brazilian people. I would not be shocked if they announce an “interim” title, and say Silva is out for some medical reason.

chael will lose. he looked like crap against bisping, its funny what dan henderson said :” he’s got desent striking and …” i think he’ll need to be a little better than desent to put silva out, which looked fantastic against okami, one of the best fights he ever had so i wouldnt put any money of sonnen, that already made tons of $ promoting this fight, thats all hes good for, he couldnt even hurt bisping , he tried headbutting him the first round too and the ref warned him about it, watch the fight see how he’s trying to sneak an illigal headbutt the whole round but bisping saw it coming, sonnen’s a bitch.seriously, its going to be funny to watch , he sucks without loading up on testosterone,which he had no premission to do, he found a “doctor” that will give him that;not approved by the STate athletic commision or the ufc or anyone..thats why his mouth was so big too.

Man, Chael really has sold himself in the eyes of his contemporaries. He had SO much trouble with Bisping, why does everyone think he’s going to beat Silva?

Anderson is gonna shut this clown down. Only way Chael pulls this off is if someone payed a lot of $ to rig this fight. Not to mention, if he actually wins….riots in the streets. You can count on that s***. They really should consider having a chopper waiting.

most of the fighters seem to think sonnen will take this fight. i think chael looked pretty bad against bisbing. i understand that chael could learn from his mistake in the last match against silva but it seems like silva has alot more to learn from that fight. with that being said i think silva has taken alot more and will be more prepared for this battle. plus silva knows whats comming thus knowing how to prepare for it. the thing with chael is hes too one dimensional i’m just interested in seeing how silva deals with it this time. my plan would be give n go. hit him with a shot get out of danger N repeat

I’m actually surprised so many of the fighters think Chael will win, with the way he fought with bisbing I can’t see Chaele winning the fight at all but who knows. I think Anderson will beat him.

Having a good basketball IQ doesn’t equate to having a good real IQ. And having a good real world IQ doesn’t always equate to using discretion. In the same sense, I certainly don’t consider Chael a dumb fighter, but I do think he lacks discretion.

And by the way, if most of the pro’s are saying in interviews that he is a smart fighter, they probably know one when they see it.

Even as a big Chael fan I was surprised to see so many pros give him the nod.

Testosterone issues aside, I don’t think there’s a doubt in anyone’s mind that Silva was injured going into their first fight. He’s going to be tough as hell to beat in Brazil.

If Chael wins, I’ll flip out. Brazil will flip out. Everyone will flip out. And then we’ll have to get him home in one piece.

If Chael fight the way he did with Bisping, He will have to sleep in the cage. He really needs to improve his striking, learn not to be caught in the Web of spider. In the end, I don’t think he can win this time. Anderson is a smarter fighter than Chael.

And no one mentions that Sonnen was loaded with roids for that match, all they talk about is how Sonnen dominated 4 rounds… Am I missing something?

Pick up Silva and use him all across the ring and then make paperweight for silva to use when a loser confetti is pouring out of his shorts because not enough fiber is used in his diet.
