The Fight Network previews fight cards taking place this weekend including Sergio Martinez vs. Matthew Macklin for the WBC Diamond middleweight title, Bellator 61 featuring Bellator’s season-six middleweight tournament opening rounds and Ringside MMA 13 featuring Eric Barrak vs. Paul Cheng in a heavyweight bout.

@McClinchey: Bellator doesn’t even need Lombard. Bellator has been putting some of the most exciting sows for years now. It is a well-established organization and, as soon as they start showing on Spike, it will start making some real money.

All that aside, Lombard fought 4 times in 2011 and 5 times in 2010… I think he is fighting more than many top athletes in the business.
