Very fun. About the size difference between Fedor and his heavyweight opponents. People dis Fedor but how many guys would actually fight somone that outweighs them by 50+ pounds the night of the fight? Even Frank Mir and Alistair Overeem gain weight to take on the big boys. Can crusher or not, that is still awesome.

That armbar he did is commonly taught in grappling. I’ve seen a video of Fedor teaching the technique years ago. It’s not commonly used because most pros can get out of it quite easy. When was the last time you’ve seen a guy get put into a ‘head and arm’ position in MMA?

That americana with the legs is the 1st submission I learned from side control.It only works on people alot less stronger then you are so when you grapple somebody your weight,it becomes pretty useless.I think i saw Minowaman finishing one of his thousand fat cans with that submission.EVERY MMA fighter knows this sub,even James Toney, so it’s far from being Ronda’s armbar.

Fedor doesn’t seem to understand Korean television. He’s supposed to let the Korean guy look good. I guess a fighter’s pride is pretty important to them.
