Thank you. Log in to Reply dankarelli October 14, 2013 Easy there Twata. Im surprised you can even see the screen to type with fedor’s nuts in your mouth. Log in to Reply koreanlite October 14, 2013 Greatest Hype Machine of All Time Log in to Reply Pooly October 14, 2013 ^^^agreed…Fedor is a legend no doubt but anyone with a brain knows what would of happened if he fought someone like JDS or Cain, in the end he knew his limitations, and knew he wouldn’t last in the UFC, so he played games with them so they wouldn’t sign him Log in to Reply twax October 14, 2013 careful there dankarelli, Twana right. Now take Hendo;s head out your b…hole… Log in to Reply mmafan11 October 14, 2013 Fedor’s one of the best HW’s ever, he was small for a HW & in the UFC maybe he would go to 205. Dana did not want him in the UFC showing up his Tin Can HW division at the time. Log in to Reply damnitrudy October 14, 2013 So humble, left a great legacy behind that I don’t see anyone filling those shoes for a long time – thanks Fedor. Log in to Reply Twana October 14, 2013 dankarelli, donkey or whatever your name is. Don’t you think your post tells a lot about you and what family you came from (assume you have one)? Log in to Reply greengiant October 14, 2013 Some of you fail to understand what made fedor so great. He was way under sized. Beat everyone for how many years? He did not pick his opponents. Is very humble, respectful and down to earth. The only people I can see not liking him are the people who like arrogant fighters like brock lesner. Those type of people tend to be arrogant themselves. Log in to Reply Joe Dog October 14, 2013 In his time, he was great. Log in to Reply Originalfan October 14, 2013 Fedor was a legend before most of even knew who he was. The same way iron mike could destroy heavyweights way bigger than him fedor would have done just fine in the UFC. Dana wanted fedor when he was at the tail end of his career so to guess how he’d do against current mma stars may be fun but it’s not possible to know who would win guys 😉 Log in to Reply matew October 14, 2013 fedor vs cain 2014 (?) Log in to Reply bereal707 October 14, 2013 Not taking anything away from anyone but pride was so corrupt . Many pride fighter have come out and said how many of the fights were rigged in some way. Certain fighters were hand fed opponents . Log in to Reply nexstory October 14, 2013 He was the best of his time. That is enough. How he would do against the top HWs today in his prime is just fun talk. My opinion is that the top HWs are too big and too well trained for him to dominate like back then. AT LHW, that’s a different story. Would have been more intriguing to have seen Fedor fighting Jones than now DC wanting to do the same. Log in to Reply Karson October 14, 2013 Those here who don’t like fedor or think he wasn’t any good are much like basketball fans who never thought Larry Bird, Julius Irving, or Jerry west were any good. “which Jordan’s been quoted saying these guys were some of the best ever..” Much like Boxing fans who praise mike Tyson (which is worthy too) but would also say sugar ray Robinson was never any good. Note: he’s considered by most to be the best boxer ever. Fedor was the best of his time hands down. The sport will continue to evolve past his ability but in his time we was far beyond Anderson silva, chuck liddell and others marketed by the bald man in america.. To dankarelli: perhaps take dana’s balls out of your mouth. he makes the money for the lies he shares. you just eat his shit and pay him yours. To Koreanlite: Mike Tyson and Michael Jordan were such hype machines too right? of course these guys won.. problem is its not hype if you win. Oh ya fedor won too. in fact a longer win streak STill than Anderson silva and more wins than him even though Anderson has still been fighting. Ya, real hype lol. Fedor has a better record even in retirement than almost all fighters entirely in ufc history who are still fightings and considered solid champions. Yikes. Some hype dumb ass. I always knew he didn’t join because of dana. Dana talked so much shit on him before trying to sign him. Its not all about the money mr douchey white slime. Log in to Reply Meat Drapes October 15, 2013 People tend to forget that Fedor first fought in 2000 and started to decline a bit in 2009. No one stays on top forever and the big stars of today will be looked down upon in another 10 year as people will claim they don’t compare to the top fighters of the day. Even at 37 way past his prime Fedor would smash plenty of the slow lumbering UFC HW fighters of today. Not the top guys but quite a few. He was a real game changer in the sport. Still no one with his transition game except for perhaps JBJ or GSP. Log in to Reply mma4life October 15, 2013 Why is Fedor talking? Lol Hes an overated can crusher you might aswell Go Ask Tim Sylvia his opinión. Fedor never fought a well rounded opponent and after seeing a Small mw in Henderson knock him out COLD!!! I guarantee Shogun would of beat him up back in the day. Werdum destroyed him and so did big foot… past his prime??? Lol yes is in his early 30’s yes younger than most the ufc roster Face it he just doesnt have the skills to compete without gettin smashed. Log in to Reply banana October 15, 2013 He lost to Bigfoot and Werdum…middle of the road ufc heavyweights…He would have gone 2-2, but sold a lot of tix Log in to Reply liverkick October 15, 2013 You fans are the worst. Fedor is the best Log in to Reply liverkick October 15, 2013 Fedor was truly a can crusher. He wouldnt even be top 10 in the Hw división. Past his prime????? Dan Henderson knocked him out and hes ten years older than him and has been fighting for longer. Werdum And bigfoot also completely destroyed him and fedor is younger than them too aswell as most of the ufc. But hes past his prime right??? lol you nostalgia nut hugging puzzeez make me laugh Log in to Reply dankarelli October 15, 2013 TWAT-a and TWATx lol. No idea where “Hendo” came into this discussion. and I know exactly where I came from, and calling some dude “THE GOD OF MMA” is quite possibly the most absurd thing I have ever heard. Yeah, he was great. It stops and ends right there. So get a grip on reality and pull Fedors schlong out of your mouth. I dont call regular men “God” because I am not a complete tool. especially one that would have been steam rolled in the UFC. Log in to Reply dankarelli October 15, 2013 lets lay some fact downs for the record. POSITIVES- -Fedor was great, Undersized, yet successful. -Fedor is a Legend. -I love fedors demeaner, respect, and lack of shit-talking. A great all around model I think for the sport. -Amazing record. -Deserves the respect of any and all TRUE fans of MMA. the NEGATIVES – SOME of Fedor fans are the biggest nut huggers in MMA. Almost as bad as A.S. haters – Fedor routinely got smashed in his fights and squeeked out a victory. Some of the fights he won might have been stopped in another organization.. and so it began with bigfoot… -Pride was fixed people. It’s common knowledge. -WIll never get the true respect he deserves because he never fought on the the biggest stage where the best are (at least now). – Made the worst career decisions (See Vadim Finklestein – sp?) and untimately I dont think Fedor was afraid of losing in the UFC, I think his manager was afraid, and that held fedor back. Plus DANA often criticised fedor when the real focus of his atacks should have been to his management team. Log in to Reply Kella October 15, 2013 Its not about how old a fighter is, but how long he fought. Randy Couture being such anomaly fighting at 46 y.o.? Well his first fight was when he was 31. Fedor, Cro Cop, Nogueira, Shogun, Wanderlei all these guys started declining in their early 30’s because they’ve been fighting since late teens. Professionally. Give credit when the credit’s due. He was the best of his era. Werdum didnt destroy Fedor, he got lucky because Fedor made a mistake and gave him his arm. Werdum looked like he won a lottery after that fight. Big Foot was twice Fedor’s size. I only give Hendo legitimate praise for beating Fedor, he was better on that day. Those 2 could fight 10 more times and it could go either way every single time. Log in to Reply Kella October 15, 2013 If Fedor went to UFC instead of PRIDE, when he was 20 years old, he would have steamrolled everyone there for sure. If he would have went to UFC at 32 when he left PRIDE, yeah he would have have both wins and losses. Remember, UFC had the weakest heavyweight division up until PRIDE got dismantled, but by that point Fedor was going on the last few years of his career. So all the PRIDE fighters that went to UFC were already on decline. Log in to Reply ericsson October 15, 2013 the dude was really ****ing good anybody that says otherwise does not know MMA very deeply and white can be an ass hole Log in to Reply OscarMayhem October 15, 2013 Does anyone else find the balls, schlongs, and mouths banter funny (haha)? And maybe a little peculiar? Log in to Reply dankarelli October 15, 2013 If the word Schlong doesn’t make you laugh, then humanity is doomed, lol Ericson basically summed it up as perfectly and concise as can be. Log in to Reply wcoastassassin October 15, 2013 Babe Ruth of MMA. Different time, just dominant. Log in to Reply Karson October 15, 2013 every comment against fedor here can easily be picked apart. its just a matter of if its worth it to critique a 12 year old moron on mma tko site. fedor fans get irritated cause he has to be the most underrated fighter outthere by stupid fans. all danas arguments and dana nut huggers can be picked apart easily. The fedor never faught anyone argument is truly weak. but what was weaker was the heavy weight division in the ufc during fedors time. the best heavy weights of that time, hands down were in pride. any way, stupid fans won’t agree, I get it already. they’re idiots. Log in to Reply Timzda October 15, 2013 One of the best ever, damn legend. Most of those greats from his day are on the way out, it’s time for the next generation to shine. Log in to Reply mmatruth October 16, 2013 BTW Hendo’s been competing for just as long AS fedor so dont gimme that past his prime bullshit. Like it or not Hendo has evolved into a more dangerous well rounded fighter. He would be a problem for anyone at LHW even for hendo. Log in to Reply Karson October 18, 2013 to mma truth: true. but lets keep in mind that hendo said the win against fedor meant more to him than any other win in his entire career. that’s certainly saying something as hendo is a great fighter who faught some tough mo fo’s. he ranked the win against fedor number one against his achievement list. also fedor had had 31 one plus wins in a row since since his losses including dan Henderson. dan had 35 fights, many of those losses. dans win counts, but dan is an absolutely amazing fighter, one of the best. and he beat fedor as fedor was on his first losing streak after an amazingly emasculate carreer better than almost any champion who has faught including gsp or the spider. dan’s win counts, but would dan have beat him a few years earlier, I think not. fedor is was still in the elite above dan, even though dan had the win I think dan knows this Log in to Reply sfmedic October 18, 2013 100% Class act.
