They can give up anytime they want but they won’t because of keyboard warriors and journalists who are more experts in MMA the the UFC fighters.Somebody gives up because he’s hurt and can’t continue,but the ref doesn’t see it will be called all kinds of names by internet losers.There’s no point in keeping a fight going if you know one guy will only be KOed badly.

It’s easy for a keyborad warrior like you to tell the fighters to fight until one of uncouscious,but if you actually knew how much a KO can change a fighter maybe you would have a different opinion.I can’t count how many times a top prospect boxer gets in a big fight,then gets a good beating,gets KOed late in the fight after showing how tough he is,comes back for his next fights and he’s not the same fighter,he does a couple more fights then retires as a slurring mess.There was no point in letting Fabio fight.You say that but the day a guy dies because the ref didn’t stop it,I’m sure all the keyboard warriors whining about late stoppages will be whining at the ref for not stopping it sooner.

WOW. that was one of the best fights i ever seen. it wouldve been better if they had let it go to the 3rd round then who know who wouldve won?

Exx, if every fight was stopped because a fighter might get hurt, then fighting wouldn’t be very fun to watch. Every warrior who steps up knows the risks, and every fighter has the ability to give up at any time they want. Fights like this inspire us normal folks because we get to see truly exceptional men demonstrate what tough really means.
