Weigh ins for the EliteXC – Heat event got a bit exciting when Gina Carano had to strip down to make weight. Also Ken Shamrock took offense to Kimbo turning his back on him and gave Slice a good shove. Not sure if it was just for show but it got everyone heated up.
I wish Ken was 10 years younger for this fight. He would smoke Kimbo like a cheap cigar.
I wish I was holding one of those towels.
Kimbo is a douche, but has a 28 lb. weight advantage on Ken. Ken did know this was a heavyweight fight right?

The whole Elite XC game is a scam. Kimbo still hasn’t fought anyone good. First, the moron with the ear falling off. Then “Tank” (who never threw a cross in that fight unless it clearly wasn’t going to connect), and now Ken Shamrock who said he made his money after the Tito Ortiz fights…….but if anyone has the Gina nude pictures let me know.I would put a rear naked choke on my boner if i could see those.
Elite has some of the best weigh-ins that i’ve seen in a while. That cyborg fight is going to be good, because neither one knows English and taking commands from the ref., is going to be funny. Arlovsky looked unconcerned when it come to pot belly nelson for which I don’t blame him. I wonder is shogun will be there to see ninja.? I got Cyborg, gina, ninja, the pitbull, shields and kimbo!!!!

After watching it for the second time the Ken shove was so staged but I doubt the Gina strip was because she didn’t seem to happy about it. I’m wondering if the dirty old man reading the scale was deliberately giving the wrong wait just so he could get his masturbatory material for the day.

I’ve noticed Ken get’s ‘real tough’ during the interviews but can’t bring that same aggression to the Cage/Ring. He should save it for the actual fight. I like Ken, but he shouldn’t take everything as a personal insult.
Bottom line, it’s now AFTER the fight that I saw this, and Ken was replaced due to a surprise injury/cut, Kimbo was given a surprise opponent, and surprisingly lost in an equally surprising quick time.
Between Ken being left out, Kimbo losing, and (Va)Gina getting naked, it’s been quite a night of surprises, don’t you think?

My guess is they weighed her once for 142 1/2 (and making her take off her clothes was stupid and just for show I guess because there is no way those clothes would weigh 1 1/2 lbs) and then gave her time to cut (they get another 2 hrs or something) and re-weighed her for the 141. Either way, the first part is pretty sad.
