Not taking away from Ed Herman’s victory but good point, Joe. In boxing the bell wouldn’t end the round if a boxer was knocked down they wouldn’t pick the boxer up and continue to the next round, they wait until the boxer gets up then the round is over. Same should hold true in MMA.

I have always thought that the bell shouldn’t save a fighter if he’s being submitted. The fighter should get out of the hold, and then the round is over.
