blazing hand speed. lol. bob sapp is slow as shit and always has been. he needs to fuckin go jogging and get some real cardio. and if he would even try to learn some bjj or some takedown defense he would be a huge force in the ufc. hes bigger than brock!!!!!!!! by far!!
