next to Randy Don was always one of my favorite veteran fighters to do commentary…well and Bas of course, but I’ve always liked Don. If you watch some of his early fights, he really surprised some people. No1 expected him to come out of nowhere and just stomp highly regarded guys. Tough dude, and very smart. I like how he knows that he’s done. He’s got other stuff goin on. Fighting is a young mans sport. You don’t have anything to prove. Just keep bein a stud.

Funny as hell guy…I think he should be the ultimate fighters coach and instead of fighting..the coaches gets to pick their best fighters to fight.Or the last two matches.Met him at the L.A Expo and signed his picture for me…Nice guy.Told him he’s funny as heck..no one around can keep a funny humor and still kick someone’s butt..Chael is a close 2nd…Chael getting there.Those two,Good guys.

Don Frye pounded Takayama’s face to a bloody pulp. Real ugly, for sure. But, just for the record, Takayama never won an mma fight. Bob Sapp arm barred him.
