You can also go to your dentist,he will make a mold of you mouth then make a custom one.I paid mine 65$.It might not be cheap but i would pay 65$ anytime to keep my teeths and have alot better breathing.
wear mouthguard is actually very important, let me tell you a true story lol, some years ago i was sparring with a guy (kinda fighting things get out of control) i high kick him but at the same time he kinda turn (i think he was kinda doing a spinning back kick) with his mouth open
(no mouthguard),the kick landed on his jaw, i blow out 4 of his upper teeth and dislocate his jaw not only that but the teeth almost completely chop off a tendon in my foot and the worst was when a nurse were trying to clean the cut on my foot and was pulling a piece of the tendon out thinking it was skin or something, man my foot move every time she pulls. well at least i didn’t have to pay for the guy’s teeths.
It’s a hunk of rubber! Bullshit money making scam, store bought boil and bite does the exact same thing for a fraction of the price except for “dracula teeth” or “monogramed”. The only reason you need one of these custom deals is to match your flimsy “distressed” $100 Affliction T-shirt that was manufactured for 10 cents

The mouthpiece this guy is selling doesn’t look really different then the cheap ones. But any real mouthpice form a dentist really makes you have less chanceto have a concussion, you breath way better when it’s custom for your mouth and it stays there without any trouble.Real mouthpieces fit your whole upper teeths and pallet. And it does reduce the chance of concussion when you fall or else nobody would use them in football and hockey.I used to play hockey and I wore cheap boiled mouthpieces and everytime I had a little head whiplash I was a bit dizzy. When I switched to custom made mouthpieces and everytime I had similar falls I didnt get dizzy. And when you get dropped in boxing or MMA,most of the time hitting your head on the ground hurts you as much as the punch. It makes the second impact way less important.
So yeah paying 40-60$ to have less concussions or a less severe concussion is worth it.
clever what u did with the guy in the background Bruno thumbs up hahaha!!!
