Kang has to be one of the fastest declining fighters right now. He came to the UFC with such fanfare and was very unsuccessful and he just keeps losing.

He ate some big shots and looked like he was gonna recover then he just kinda….well he kinda slowly got KTFO or gave up mentally and allowed it to happen. To be dead honest after watching it 3 times, its clear he wanted a TKO when either he gassed or just gave up once he couldnt finish? Kang has so much talent. but no heart and mental game. his cardio doesn’t seem great either. I remember him being much faster with his hands in the past. He should retire or take some time off to reinvent himself a bit

Road FC is kind of a joke in my opinion. They hold tryouts on TV here where they only test your sparing ability and hold little GP tournaments.When they hold events like this, they usually throw in some seasoned fighters. Dennis Kang doesn’t even train for these fights, I’ve seen him gas in the first minute as well. His brother is a trainer on one of Road FC’s reality shows, dude is really tall and speaks perfect Korean. Dennis has been here for awhile and can’t speak ANY Korean. As soon as you get rocked, they call the fight, no questions asked. They stand fights up really fast

When I saw the fight video posted here, I figured Kang would gas and lose. This was much, much worse. DK had Shungo out, and he managed to lose top position, get pounded in the guard, and lose by getting kneed to the head.

I think Kang pretty much gave up at everything. he is pretty much just going through the motions after his girlfriend died of cancer?…. he is just trying to make money to survive i think as people realize the ufc is just a business and they will realize it is the only a factor that the idea of surviving is importanta especially after you die inside like i think kang did…..mental capacity is really an ideal thing in sports

i feel sorry for the guy he is really talented but this sport is so brutal especially on the asian circuit as well as the american circuit…. the american circuit is the stronger type wrestler circuit while the asian is the…. more thought out provoking martial style with very un orthodox styles…. as you can see from the ufc fighters that compete in both that they are very different and they have an affect on whether you compete in japan korean fighting or ufc there is a difference it is very weird

That fight change direction in a hurry. I’m guessing Kang must’ve been hurt early in the ground and pound because he seemed to stop defending himself well quickly.
