fro easy Says, in 12-13-2011 at 09:47:48 from

nice to see knees to the head on the ground allowed

Pecker Says, in 12-13-2011 at 10:03:04 from

don’t they have “back of the head” in Korea?
the ref missed about 12 to 37 hits to that thing called “back of the head”
I guess in Korea the head backs YOU!

Kang has to be one of the fastest declining fighters right now. He came to the UFC with such fanfare and was very unsuccessful and he just keeps losing.

southiejimmy Says, in 12-13-2011 at 10:11:49 from

not bad…mma is blowing up in korea. what the hell happened to dennis kang.

greengiant Says, in 12-13-2011 at 10:16:13 from

damn kane was so good before.he lost the mental edge along the way.he needs some serenity.

yhedude4 Says, in 12-13-2011 at 11:08:52 from

He probably underestimated Shungo.. I mean that guy was a human punching bag back in the Pride days.. either way awesome fight and VERY VERY late stoppage. Kang must have some serious brain damage after that one.

Doughhh Says, in 12-13-2011 at 13:20:04 from

same mistake big nog made..

Death Grip Says, in 12-13-2011 at 13:55:53 from

I am amazed he lost the fight. He had it and somehow lost the ground war…. I guess if Nog can blow a fight like that, anyone can.

mmatruth Says, in 12-13-2011 at 14:24:57 from

He ate some big shots and looked like he was gonna recover then he just kinda….well he kinda slowly got KTFO or gave up mentally and allowed it to happen. To be dead honest after watching it 3 times, its clear he wanted a TKO when either he gassed or just gave up once he couldnt finish? I almost feel like he faked the last part because those punches wernt as solid. Who knows Kang…who knows

Fighting in Korea is great… if you’re a Korean fighter ;)

Seriously, WTF, Kang?! You HAD that fight!

Pope Says, in 12-13-2011 at 15:28:51 from

Kang has so much talent. but no heart and mental game. his cardio doesn’t seem great either. I remember him being much faster with his hands in the past. He should retire or take some time off to reinvent himself a bit

Freedomfit Says, in 12-13-2011 at 15:59:11 from

Kang threw another fight…. I wonder how much how got for this bullshit.

Newfie Jiujitsu Says, in 12-13-2011 at 16:49:54 from

lol!!!!! what kind of a sub attempt was that from Oyama????? haha looked he went for an arm bar but decided to sit down behind cane and think about it for a sec and tried to make it into a kimora! hahah what?? Props for Korean mma but eeewwwww! work on them subs!

wow Says, in 12-13-2011 at 18:44:57 from

Road FC is kind of a joke in my opinion. They hold tryouts on TV here where they only test your sparing ability and hold little GP tournaments. When they hold events like this, they usually throw in some seasoned fighters. Dennis Kang doesn’t even train for these fights, I’ve seen him gas in the first minute as well. His brother is a trainer on one of Road FC’s reality shows, dude is really tall and speaks perfect Korean. Dennis has been here for awhile and can’t speak ANY Korean. As soon as you get rocked, they call the fight, no questions asked. They stand fights up really fast

MMAGiantSilva Says, in 12-13-2011 at 19:14:38 from

Damn Kang has really fallen off. Was that Yoshida as the ref? If so he should be a UFc ref no way he would be worse than most of the one’s they have way better than Yamasaki.

Sweetlander Says, in 12-13-2011 at 19:27:33 from

Kang had it and just gave up. Sad

gunnyhighway99(Panama) Says, in 12-13-2011 at 19:35:15 from

When I saw the fight video posted here, I figured Kang would gas and lose. This was much, much worse. DK had Shungo out, and he managed to lose top position, get pounded in the guard, and lose by getting kneed to the head.

IKnives Says, in 12-13-2011 at 20:33:13 from

Kang just will never be a fighter anyone cites with “heart”.

johnwayne2005 Says, in 12-13-2011 at 20:45:52 from

I’m liking Road FC already. Just got stationed in Korea too. Too bad they don’t have a facebook page or something to spread the word and keep me updated on events.

bobbylee Says, in 12-14-2011 at 05:45:53 from

I think Kang pretty much gave up at everything. he is pretty much just going through the motions after his girlfriend died of cancer?…. he is just trying to make money to survive i think as people realize the ufc is just a business and they will realize it is the only a factor that the idea of surviving is importanta especially after you die inside like i think kang did…..mental capacity is really an ideal thing in sports

bobbylee Says, in 12-14-2011 at 05:49:37 from

i feel sorry for the guy he is really talented but this sport is so brutal especially on the asian circuit as well as the american circuit…. the american circuit is the stronger type wrestler circuit while the asian is the…. more thought out provoking martial style with very un orthodox styles…. as you can see from the ufc fighters that compete in both that they are very different and they have an affect on whether you compete in japan korean fighting or ufc there is a difference it is very weird

captainobvious Says, in 12-14-2011 at 16:03:23 from

Wow. Remember when Kang was ranked number 1 in the world by many accounts? 5 years is an eternity in mma.

CycloneX Says, in 12-15-2011 at 03:39:33 from

wow.just wow.He had it.

steamachine Says, in 12-16-2011 at 02:16:03 from

damn….brain stem shots….that’s skill

Timekeeper Says, in 12-16-2011 at 21:21:15 from

That fight change direction in a hurry. I’m guessing Kang must’ve been hurt early in the ground and pound because he seemed to stop defending himself well quickly.

Timekeeper Says, in 12-16-2011 at 21:22:16 from

Oh yeah and Oyama was relentless once he gained an advantage. Great win!

trousersnake Says, in 12-20-2011 at 08:03:52 from

very bad performance by Kang.He used to be an real upcomer. Feel sorry for him now. Damned. Fightbuiz is hardcore.
