cain is not in shape, mark my words. I can tell by looking at him, and his neck is not as strong as it was and as it should be – and it’s all about the neck when you have a guy like jds against you, you know some of those punches are gonna land.. kongo wobbled him when he was in top form, I will be sad to see him lose that belt. jds is the new champ, wait and see.

Thanks Bruno. I love these behind the scenes videos. I love how Dana starts off by talking about how you can watch UFC and boxing; and it will be a great night for fight fans. How many boxing promoters would even mention the UFC? (maybe they do?) I doubt it!

@ srebrnjak, first of all just looking at something doesnt mean it is true (lmao). secondly, you think jds is going to destroy cain? how come he didnt destroy roy nelson. sure, nelson has a badass chin and a huge heart, BUT so does cain. cain will beat jds with ground and pound. the only thing cain might be risking in this fight is his health again, he might re-injure something. @fightdontbefake you’re missing my point, I’m not rooting for jds, or hating on cain. I love both guys and I’m actually pretty sad that somebody’s gonna lose on saturday – I was just saying that I am certain that cain is nowhere near 100%. somewhere before this fight was even supposed to happen, cain’s doctor said that optimal timing for his return is early 2012, now, this guy knows what he’s talking about, fighter or no figher, human body needs that time to recover, trained bodies do heal faster but not that much faster. and now, seeing him in these shows before the fight I can tell that he’s not ready and that dana probably wanted this fight to happen now because of the “historical” fox deal.. like I said, wait and see.. I’m a fan of most figters because I like the competition aspect of the sport, and I watch and follow it because of that and not because I’m a fan of somebody and really dislike somebody else..I think cain isn’t ready and just based on that fact – that he’s gonna lose, and if I’m wrong I’ll be first to admit it and say it here, but I honestly think cain has no chance in this one

@srebrnjak you make a good point and I am also a fan of both fighters. I had shoulder surgery about 2 yrs ago. I would say it took me 6 months to recover and from than with regards to playing sports it was more of a mind over matter thing. I think after Cain shoots and takes him down with ease his shoulder really wont be an issue anymore. Honestly he probably regained that confidence in training. I also see what you are saying about him appearing smaller and possibly less athletic but lets be honest Cain is the more impressive fighter of the two and really should be able to pull it out even if he is 95% like you say because he will be able to control where the fight goes. I also dont buy this Cain has a glass chin bullshit Kongo is no slouch when it comes to Striking and if u remember those fights besides two punches Cain dominated that fight. Cain has dominated everyone in his career and I dont see JDS being any different even though he is the most technical striker he has faced it is nothing Cain hasn’t seen but on the other hand JDS has never faced anyone similiar to Cain.

I do think Cain v. Junior is a toss up. Cain is the more complete fighter and, even if he doesn’t have that many top level fights, anyone who knows fighting can see that he is not human. However, JDS is a fast puncher and if he catches Cain with an upper when Cain is shooting, I am not sure if Cain’s chin will take it. I’m not sure if superman’s chin would take that kind of well put fast punch.
Cain’s layoff will also be a factor as it will probably mess up with his timing, especially against a guy like Junior. So, I’m just hoping they put a hell of a fight for the ages. One of those that change the history of the sport forever.

Cain=Beast JDS=Speed/tech strike Great matchup. Cain has tooled everyone and I do believe the fight science that he probably has the best cardio recorded so far in the HW division. But as a fan I think its just about a pick’em regardless of 95% from Cain. I’m rooting for WAR JDS because I’m more of a fan of striking than wresting (more specifically the wrestling protection rules) and I do believe that Cain has more cardio and probably has more brute strength but JDS has the fastest hands I’ve seen for a HW in quite a while,… so go JDS!!!

i love both these guys but for some reason i think cain will pull a gsp lnp. i dont want this or do i think it will, idk, because cain is a killer and finishes everyone. this fight just seems too good to be true and will end up sucking or ending quickly. i hope it doesnt but everytime i get excited for a fight or say it will be a war, it never is. silva vs belfort was my biggest let down. not trying to be negative or rain on the parade. im very excited but not going to expect a war or an epic fight. it never happens anymore. sadly
