Dana comes off as a cooler guy every time I watch one of these. Maybe he’s maturing a bit, but I can’t help but envy his life. 50 Cent doing intros for fighters? It’ll be interesting.

I think 50 cent sucks. I hate hip hop and rap nowadays. They always talk about guns, girls, money, and other stupid stuff. It used to mean something. Great blog, but I agree, 50 cent is pretty horrible. I think I understood most of what he said, but really, I don’t care what that guy is talking about. It’s too bad Dana wants to work with him. You don’t have to be a 50 cent fan to appreciate how smart Dana is in terms of marketing…50 cent is a commodity, from video games to movies, his G-Unit brand is well established, and if it brings in the wanna-be gangster hip-hop crowd into MMA, which it will, then it’s a win-win (you don’t need a marketing degree to know that this is a smart move)…both guys are really smart and both will be billionaires in less than 5 years..

That was pretty good until they went to see Fitty cent and the old dude with the Eminem T-shirt (who was he?).
I don’t see how it’s positive to have Gangsta rap as the “sound” of the UFC, especially if you are telling women that they are “bitches and Ho’s”.
