I like Dana. I think he is good for the sport and I like his honesty. I think he has toned down his craziness lately and is very interesting to listen to.

it’s nice to see him come back down to Earth and be civilized. I like rowdy Dana but every now and again its to see him put the crazy bullshit aside and just talk. Sonnen does it too along with Forest too, when they pull the bull crap aside and just talks the sport or chat about whats going on, they are just as much fans as any of us. I agree with you MMA_King these internet geeks need to see through the hype machines sometimes and listen when these guys are talkig “for real talk”. They have good things to say and are very much worth listening too. I mean you have to realize half or better yet 3/4s of what they say is just for show and hits. People come on it’s ok to laugh sometimes!
