Always say that ‘name value’ doesn’t necessarily make great fights. There should be some brawls on this card and a lot of solid canadian fighters. Log in to Reply Mr. Obvious July 20, 2012 There’s a very good reason why scalping was illegal at one time. So major scalping companies, like TicketMaster and StubHub, couldn’t hold tickets hostage from the public. But guess what happened? The right companies put money in the right political pockets and scalping became legal. Now any major event that sells via TicketMaster is magically sold out in less than 10 seconds. Then, you can immediately go to StubHub and BAM, there’s the tickets. Hmmmm….how does that happen I wonder? If you don’t believe it, try it. At the exact moment that TicketMaster starts selling a huge event, go to StubHub and they’ll be there immediately. F these scalping A-holes and F TicketMaster. Log in to Reply mystiso July 20, 2012 I see an antitrust case coming soon – this is absolutely a restraint on trade when fighters absolutely cannot sign to an organization because there in another organization which the first one owns Log in to Reply MMA made EASY July 20, 2012 (that boy ain’t right) interesting athletic commission changeover. Dana seemed very interested in that. Log in to Reply ness2k July 20, 2012 Ariel Helwani sucks! Log in to Reply ToOcH911 July 20, 2012 well if you just watched the video i believe he said that the ufc is not allowed to go after fighters whos contracts are up in strikeforce because of something to do with showtime but if thats the case how did he get some fighters. maybee its just bullshit and those fighters he really wanted and hes using it as an excuse not to sign the guys he dont want Log in to Reply JoJo July 20, 2012 I think what’s going on is if they have a contract they can’t come over. Once it expires they are free to sign wherever.
