First of all Dana White is a helluva business man. The dude truly built the UFC into the premier MMA organization in the world. I honestly really like listening to what Dana has to say because you can see the passion that he has for this sport and how excited he gets when talking fight match-ups or whenever. Do I think the fighters deserve to be paid more, absolutely. Is MMA still an evolving and growing sport, absolutely. I think the day will come when MMA fighters get to see paychecks.

@joe…dude if you think personal beef doesn’t ever weigh in when it comes to major decisions in the NFL, the NBA, the NHL or any other professional national league you are sadly mistaken.

@london_Jones….careful who you call sheep homey. This guy bought up a dying company and invested in named fighters and made a company out of it. If you didn’t like it, you wouldn’t even be commenting here.

Yes Dana makes a lot of money, I am sure. I run a very large store, one store, but the busiest Grocery store in the county and that pressure can kill you. Trust me Dana has earned his money and the UFC pays their fighters. This thing is such a young sport if they paid like StrikeForce and some of these others they would be out of business too. Dana got all the legislation passed, the fricken sport was banned. I am pretty amazed at all the hostility.

dana is a great ambassador of the sport, but there is no element of the ufc’s success that he gets exclusive credit for.
