But that’s what made Sakuraba Sakuraba. Taking on the larger opponent, wooing the crowd. Minowaman, Fedor, ect., did this many times, too. It built character more than it padded records, that’s for fu#ks sake.
P.S. Saku vs Ronin is top 5 GOAT fights. Carlos Newton would have been in that weightclass then (Welterweight, 183 lb.), so maybe Uncy Dana has a point…♠
