Wow, so Dana just gets done saying that you can’t go around policing fighters’ twitters and then…what ended up happening to Miguel Torres?…..

I read from about 10 different sources that Dana was left utterly speechless and blown away when Lansberg divulges the Torres tweet.

The UFC is trying to go primetime. Dana saw a trend in bull crap tweets and decided that Torres was expendable and a large enough target to make a point. So he made a point. If he let more of this behavior go on it would spiral into a huge circus of rude, sexist and just straight ugly behavior. If Ben Rothlisberger threw out the same comment not only would he have lost an enormous fan base, but he would have tainted the entire Steelers organization. Torres has a huge following of UFC fans on twitter and at this exact moment in history chose the dumbest action he could possibly perform to help propel the company he works for into the future. Bravo. While he’s sitting there over the next month with his mouth wide open, maybe he can think about it.
