Dan Henderson is one of the best, I think that they should just knuckle up and pay the man I mean he is a big draw and a great fighter…I must say though Dans playing a good strategy to get his money…we all know that he really wouldnt go to strikeforce b/c he would fight moussasi and then who?? but shit like this just keeps dana wondering

Dan isn’t a big draw. The hardcore fans know who he is but I wouldn’t say he’s bringing in big money for the UFC.

i think ariel helwani and dave farra are the best mma journalists out there, they make fighters feel so comfortable during the interview, and thats why these interviews come out so great, cofeild of yahoo sports is the worst, most biased journalist ive ever seen.

Why do people bother to interview Henderson anymore about this? Everytime I see an interview with him it’s the same bullshit “I can’t tell you that,” “It’s hard to say,” and other non-answer answers. Rarely do you get him actually saying something concrete.

Anyway, Dan’s a great fighter, props to him, would love to see him back in the octagon fighting Marquart.

For me it makes sense for Dan to go to Strike Force, They need big names to ern respect. However dan is not a huge stand out name in the UFC for the casual fans. My point is he adds so much to strike force, but less to the UFC as a fighter and as a draw.

I forget to mention, SF can spend time and money marketing him with their few stars whist the UFC has many top tier fighters. Dan is between A-B level in the UFC but in SF is AA. Would also be nice for him to get the attention and money he deserves for helping MMA what is is and what is going to be
