Agreed. To all the fans who watch and say, “if I trained for a few months, I could do that,” you fail to recognize that most UFC fighters have been forged out of molten lava in these smaller tournaments.

Elite XC is the And1 of MMA. There’s a reason most of those guys don’t have UFC contracts. Except for Scott Smith… Sacramento loves you big guy.

i hope anderson why more. he’s way more exciting to watch. dan gets bland on the ground. don’t get me wrong he’s great, i just like everything about silva. i hope he knocks henderson out.
