Tristar Gym, home to UFC superstars Georges St-Pierre and Rory McDonald, welcomes Dan Hardy into their gym for a training session. And note to Kenny Florian, please stop tucking your T-shirt in your Lycra shorts.

The training in that gym doesn’t look anything like that when there isn’t a camera filming and roving reporter with a microphone lol.
