As far as Im concerned there is now UFC Champ, Ronda was the Strikeforce champ..not sure how she is considered a UFC champ without a fight.

No, Cyborg needs to cut to 135. Rhonda is the champ of the 135 weight division. The champion should not have to move up 5 lbs to fight. I did not say Rhonda deserves the title, but she is the champ until someone beats her at 135. Plan and simple.

If she wants to fight at 145 in the UFC she should fight in the mens division. It’s only fair.

Give her Dennis Siver. They have similar builds.

Yes she cheated but the commission will be watching that in the future. Ronda is 100% ducking her, and if the UFC is going to have the ladies fighting then open up more then one weight class!! She fights at 145 and I’m glad she’s sticking to that. Ronda should not call someone out and then say but it’s gotta be at my weight. If your gonna call someone out then you should be willing to fight at there weight.

They BARELY started the women’s division. It would be ridiculous to already be considering a catch-weight fight with a champ that has barely been crowned. If she wants it she should go get it, otherwise it’s going to be a fight we get to see way too late. =/

I’m with everyone saying that Ronda shouldn’t have to move up/change s***. Cyborg looks like a man, fights like a man, and has enough testosterone to be a man, albeit she (probably) doesn’t have a penis. If she consents to 6-12 months of Olympic style drug testing (meaning she would have to come clean on steroids)I bet she would drop down in the 135 range without changing her diet or exercise routines. And I bet without that gorilla strength she wouldn’t look so impressive.

“Olympic Style Testing” sounds important to people not in the know but it’s a farce and allows athletes to test positive.

Ever notice the people who complain about steroids are always angry in their rants? I think they may have hit a gym once in their life and didn’t like the feeling of humility so they attributed the success of others to steroids

Cyborg is more male then female which is why she is only 5’9 and cant scratch 135lbs. Most women of that height can easily get to 135lbs when training daily. Cyborg cannot because her testosterone levels have increase her muschle mass and water storage ability.

She should have to fight Rousey at 135lbs, just to ease the effects of her steroids making it a fair fig

It’s much easier for Ronda to add 5 pounds than it is for Cyborg to get down to 135. Ronda and the UFC know this they’re not stupid. The UFC made a 135 weight division to keep Cyborg on the sidelines “for now”. Let’s not forget the UFC is like any other business… it’s all about marketing and making money. Ronda’s like their GSP cash cow for Women’s MMA at the moment, and they want to milk her dry and build up their divisions. I hope we’ll see Ronda & Cyborg match up soon and give the fans what they want to see, instead of business getting in the way of what could be a great fight. Dana is always saying “I want to make the fights the fans want to see”

Rhonda is scared to death as she should be. She got a UFC belt and has yet to fight in the promotion. Ok, why not make up a championship weight class for whatever catch weight the two can fight at. That way, if Rhonda wins, she’ll have two titles and if Cyborg wins, they’ll both have titles. Done. Now it’s worth Rousey’s time to make the fight. What Zuffa is doing to Cyborg is similar to what record companies do to artists that threaten their cashcow, sign and shelf. Tito is a retard for signing his fighter to a promotion that hasn’t made his fighter a champion by default like they have done for Rousey.

Cris Cyborg is a machine…. no wonder why little rousy avoid her at 140 when she competed in Judo at 154…. Cyborg is GOD…no woman can beat her.
