Glad Guida Won…Very Tactical Fight.Hioki took a risk throwing one of his hail marys and missed and got thrown down.That was after the first round.Guida,being smart as he is,Threw hioki down on the ground and worked to find weak spots.Guida clearly won but it was a split decision 30-28 I read.

Unbelievable. Complete robbery by the judges. Those who think Guida won that fight need to seriously watch the fight again. And one judge even scored it 30-27 Guida. Get real.

Hioki should appeal.

I like guida. I’m kinda glad he got the shitty decision. cause it was a sh*tty decision. I like guida cause he is a cool person n i like his drive and personality. i even like to see his freakin wild hair bounce around, i admit it. most guys i couldn’t stand but i like guida.

however. judges = little knowledge.

Honestly, it was Hioki’s fault. He chose to attack from guard instead of trying to get back up and continue dominating the striking department.

Guida is a master at stopping submissions. he’s NEVER been submitted from the bottom. so why waste your time there when u know he sucks at striking?!?

I still like Guida. His fight with Sanchez was really entertaining. As he progresses in his skillset, of course he’s going to utilize new tools and strategies. Styles make fights

Only damage Guida did was to Hioki’s hip because of how hard Guida was hugging it.

Guida is so f*in boring….. why does this f** keep on fighting in the UFC is beyond me….and I just love the way hes all proud of himself at the end of his fights…..WOW, shoot urself Guida….please

Hioki was the more effective fighter. Takedowns without damage or submission attempts are basically stalling tactics. Stalling isnt rewarded in any fight format but the ufc for some reason…

Fights should be about damage and effectiveness. Guida did nothing the whole fight. Guida clearly lost Round 1. The judge who scored it 30-27 Guida should be fired. Rounds 2 and 3 were at best a draw for Guida because he did nothing. Take a look at Fightmetrics. Guida got outstruck every round. I could see the fight being scored anywhere from 30-27 Hioki to 30-29 Hioki.
