Wow. I think that was a pretty close fight. Yeah, Henderson got some good shots the first round. But the other 2 rounds were pretty close. Guida is still a monster in my book. Geez, I love to watch him fight! Congrats to Henderson and I hope to see more of him as well.

Guida needs to quit jumping around and pumping his fist like he won the fight…what does he think the judges are idoits and can be pursueded to think that just becuase he thinks he won the fight they’ll score the rounds differently. Guida is the most boring fighter…i hate his fights….except ones like the Florian fight where he takes an ass whoopin !.

Ben is for real….Guida needs to go down in weight. Also, needs to sit down and just learn submission, and better boxing. He is crazy, but as you can see Ben had both the talent and training crew to emulate Guida. Its obvious the stronger fighter won that fight. Not so much that guida was so outclassed. Just couldnt handle the Angel Tatoo…

I’m not defending Dana. But it was FOX’s decision not to showcase the Guida/Henderson fight. As they felt neither Guida or Henderson are bankable fighters. Which why I feel that FOX isnt good for the UFC or MMA in general.

Hope they got fight of the night so both of them could come away with a little more each for fighting their hearts out.
It’s tough to see when both fighters give their all but only one can win.
This fight shows you can use wrestling technique blended well with BJJ to make an exciting fight with lots of big striking exchanges too.
The cardio of those 2. Beasts. I thought Guida looked exceptionally conditioned.
Ben’s new school but he isn’t a safe wrestler/lay n pray, cage pushing/controlling “ultimate athlete”.
He knows how to go all out and bang and put on an entertaining fight as well as fight smart and technically as does Guida.
There’s just no excuse anymore for people who fight like GSP esp. GSP being champion.
He should be FINISHING people and if he ain’t at least showing it was his soul intent to do so as these guys did.
“Imposing his will” a little more clearly as Goldouche always likes to say.

Wow, who woulda thought Bendo would out “Guida” Guida? And who would thought Clay would get the better of the standup? …oh and Bendo the better striker? uh… not on this night, Bendo was rocked twice and controlled on the feet, while he only rocked Clay once and had no standup control. He did have the better clinch and way more wrestling power(ie- dominant positions); and was on Guida’s back just as much as Guida had him in the guillotines… which easily won him the fight.

I have been calling Dana Douche a douche for so long now that I don’t even remember the first time anymore. The Douche of White has his moments and I am the first one to recognize and even defend him when he is right. I just saw that it was Fox’s demand to only have one fight in the card, which actually sucks for Douchy Dana. He probably lost the chance to double his viewer$hip, but serves as lesson to Fox. Maybe they will listen to His Doucheness next time.

When 99% of the people here clearly saw Bendo dominating the satnd-up,then maybe you are wrong.Missing the most punches doesnt and landing the least doesnt make you a better striker.You must be a big Guida fan because there’s no way anybody thinks Guida won the stand-up.
