Great win by the always entertaining and hilarious killa b. Love the mouth piece. Do you think he could stop Askren’s wrestling. He definitely would be the hardest opponent fir Askren yet. O-Town baby! 407 killa B!!! Log in to Reply bobbo September 12, 2011 Saunders is the real deal. Dont know why he isnt still in the UFC???..I always felt he has the potential to be a champ. Would love to see him fight A johnson. Log in to Reply shocktime September 12, 2011 He’s got some of the sickest thai clinch knees ever! I always say that, but every fight his knees are killin dudes. Being 6’3 fighting at 170 is big advantage for lighting dudes up with knees Wandy/Pride style. Log in to Reply madula September 12, 2011 Agreed Beast W/ 8, the Tapout tatoo was def a dumb move. I went to HS with Saunders, walked around like he was always ready to get it on!! HAHAHA Log in to Reply PitFighterZ September 12, 2011 Saunders is where he needs to be, in the most exciting org. around. The UFC might have higher quality fighters (not always, though), but nothing currently compares to Bellator in the percentage of fighters who just go for the kill every single time. I hope One FC will follow the same road. Log in to Reply Sunfish Hero September 12, 2011 Damn Saunder’s looks good when he’s not fighting in the UFC. Not to take anything away from Bellator, they put on legit shows and solid match-ups. I often have to look up some of the fighters, but I usually discover that they’re mostly veterans. With that in, mind, they’re usually guys who have never been or have only been in the UFC a handful of time, I still think the UFC has the best stable of fighters which could easily explain why Saunder’s looks so damn good out there by comparison. Log in to Reply Tsagoii September 12, 2011 6’3 171lbs, geez, at what weight does Saunders walk around? He could easily add 20lbs of body mass. Log in to Reply vincanni September 13, 2011 Saunders is easily one of my absolute favorite fighters to watch. Pity the UFC’s 170 division is so latent with dominate wrestlers who cock blocked his style. Log in to Reply The Tao of F.U. September 17, 2011 No fighter smiles more than Ben Saunders. He has a great time win or lose. Before he fought Mike Swick someone asked him how he was training for the fight he said “I wake up early, have a good breakfast, trash talk a cardboard cutout of Mike Swick for 10 mins, then go back to bed.” Log in to Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply You must be logged in to post a comment.
