That dude can take a hit!
cannot believe he was able to grab a double after to hits like that. he looked like a bobble head doll
Kongo’s one little highlight from this fight. Enjoy it in the hospital buddy.
yeah, can we get the related gif?
“Velasquez pounds on Kongo for 14.5 minutes”
this heavy hands are good for velasques and us….it shows us, that he has a solid chin and it shows him that he has to improve his stand up fight, because he is now in another league of fighters!
Gif maker needs to put in the double leg to complete the craziness.
looks like carwin vs gonzaga

No one wants to watch a boring ass gif like that….
CK needs to learn how to sprawl, and avoid takedowns, and work off his back. If you can’t get it back into gaurd, it’s over…. CV needs to step up his game.
The beauty of coming from a one-dimensional background (wrestling) and then adding tools to the arsenal is CV as hit that double so many times over his life we was able to do it in deep sleep.
Fuck… one well place, timely knee by Kongo would have finished it there. I thought that’s what he was rushing in to do, and instead, he just kinda… pushed ‘im.
Further proof Cain is NOT a top 15 fighter no matter how much Joe Rogan overhypes him for Dana. If he gets rocked from a weak Congo punch he’s going to be snoozing when a real striker catches him. Congo had no weight into that punch it was all just arm, Carwin will hit 3x as hard and will actually finish.
He’s just lucky he got the guy with the worst ground game in MMA or those “relentless strikes” as the UFCs puppet Joe Rogan tried to say are really nothing more than sloppy weak arm punches.
I was embarrassed for both fighters, that wasn’t professional level talent that was amateur hour.
mangy mutt pride.
S1: Actually the first punch wasn’t an arm punch at all, it was a solid cross. You can see from the gif how Congo torqued his hips and shoulder into the punch. Second punch, yes was more of a lead right. But, that being said, Congo is a ferocious puncher at 230 pounds. Cain had no business still standing up after that let alone getting the double leg takedown. Come man, you have to give him some credit.
S1: Further, I was only actually embarrassed for 1 fighter, and that was Kongo. Cain actually did a very good job dominating the fight with ground and pound. Yes S1, believe it or not, winning with a ground and pound strategy is used by all levels of MMA not only amateurs. If I could remember that far, it was being used even in the inception of MMA.
the lids didn’t totally go out, but they damn sure flickered for a second
cain velasques vs gonzaga
vive le dopage!!!

after the second punch a nice left knee would have done it.
