Sonnen figured out that the “talk” is part of the fight. It hypes the fights, plays up the sport and entertains the fans. It’s all B.S. and he knows it. He IS actually pretty dang good at it though and it’s pretty funny. Somehow it’s different to me than WWE trash-talk. It’s still trash-talk, but… it has a sense of humor. Personally, though I don’t normally go for any such talk, I think he’s hilarious and am always waiting to hear what comes out of his mouth next.
