It is July of 2012 and the Nick Diaz fans are still crying from the Condit loss LOL. You dorks should have listened to me when I warned you people that Nick was garbage in the UFC then, and he will be garbage in the UFC now, but you didn’t listen.

I really don’t agree with Nick’s retirement,but I can see it from his paranoid point of view. He probably feels like the upper level of the division doesn’t want to test his BJJ or take a chance of getting pitter-patted into a corner and body-shotted into a TKO. That leaves him getting hit with counter-shots and eventually losing on points(Condit). He IS a warrior and I doubt he’s scared of a fight against anyone in his division, but he was built for the old tough-guy days of the UFC where you do your best to finish your opponent instead of running the clock out. (I understand fighters wanting to play it safe when they get to the top of their division, that’s where the money is and it’s the smart way to stay at the top.)Nick obviously doesn’t appreciate that strategy and finds it as abusing the parameters of “sport” fighting. In a fight where there’s not atime limit, and there has to be a finish, I put my life savings on Diaz 90% of the time.

@kdaddy – He’s suing because Nevada won’t grant him permission to fight there, so the UFC won’t let him fight….all because of a THC (marijuana) positive drug test. He’s from Cali and has a med card, so he is fighting it from a legal standpoint.
I woulda just had Shields piss for me… ♠

question, did nick see the pac-man fight? Hes sueing nevada for a decision loss? I honestly thought he lost the fight and if anyone outside his camp said this to him wouldnt that go into his head maybe i should of done something differently? I dont know, im just saying there have been far worse decision outcomes then that and he flipped out like a baby.

i kind of think ceasar gracie is in a tough spot,hes nicks friend and coach, but he also knows what a dick nick is. All he can do is try to prevent himself from looking like a dick too while trying to put his star pupil and mealticket in a positive light. sort of the same as how paris hiltons hangers on and assistants tell her whatever she wants to hear. they know paris pays the bills. if paris told them that she wanted to write a blog about how to solve the middle east crisis, they would tell her it was an awesome idea…even though they know she is dumb as a bag of dirt.
