“GetSome” makes some good points I think. Nothing racist about what he said. I was in the Army fought for my country and 3 of our guys die, one lost his legs and arm and most of his other hand, another lost a leg, and some minor cuts/glass in eyes type s***. 1. The UFC, not Cain, used the race card to promote this fight. Cain is proud to be an American with a Mexican heritage. The “Brown Pride” tattoo is just a reaction to all the racism he faced while growing up;

2. Differently from what Jake said, the great majority of illegal immigrants do pay taxes (discounted at the source) because the IRS is the only agency that actually verifies where the money comes from and to where it goes. They also receive zero discounts or tax returns. I have done a lot of work with both the IRS and immigration centers. Also, most illegal immigrants who pay taxes (the majority) usually don’t use public services because they are afraid to be asked for documentation. So, they give more money to the country and use less public services, while getting paid less with less benefits (why do you think all major companies hire them?).

3. I don’t like illegal immigration, but if you knew anything about the system to come legally to the US, you would probably sit on your ass and cry. Change the system, and you will see that most people would actually prefer to be legal.

4. Cain wasn’t any more afraid of JDS, than the opposite. I think the long layoff may have played a role in Cain’s stupid idea of trading with JDS because he is used to dominate weaker, slower opponents at his gym.

5. JDS is a monster and it will be fun to watch him against a top striker like Uberroid.

Just like i said before Cigano gonna take this one. For me,Cain proved he is not the real champ because he fail to defense his belt. He was lucky last time, Danna White gave him his favorite pet, gorilla Brock. JDS vs The Reem is the real deal, striker vs striker and belt holder vs belt holder. May the best men win!

I’m not a fan of Brock’s but he said it right, It just takes one punch and JDS can easily lose the same way at any given time. JDS reminds me of the Iceman and like Chuck, he tends to gas later on. I’m no coach or trainer but if Cigano wants to keep the belt for a long time, he needs to greatly improve his cardio. It takes alot of energy to keep throwing those kind of bombs he does. He should go do cardio training with Silva. JMO.

Happy for Cigano! Great boxing and an all around good guy. Let’s see him stand on top of the division for a while(until a more rounded guy comes around).

And for people calling him the HW Chuck Liddel, you are clueless. Chuck had no where near the boxing skills that JDS has. The guy is vicious and PRECISE.

JDS is now the champ, but as usual, holding the belt on the first title defense will be a tricky affair. He has a hornets nest of fighters waiting for a crack at him: Overeem, Cain, Lesnar, and potentially Josh Barnett or Cormier coming over from Strikeforce.
Overeem will be a tough customer. Hope Cain gets healthy and gets another title shot. If JDS can successfully defend the title, then he may be able to kick off his shoes, relax, and get comfortable on the throne.

Well at least Cain got free cars etc. during his time off.
