Mazzagatti saved Silva from ending up comatose. He was about to fall face first. Cain is a new breed of monster. Log in to Reply sins4given May 26, 2013 Forget Santos…give Roy Nelson a shot Log in to Reply Dave May 26, 2013 Early stoppage in my opinion, if you look closely big foot was just about change position right when the ref stopped it. the ref should have waited just a little longer. Log in to Reply hond2dciv May 26, 2013 For a title fight I thought that was a bit early. Bigfoot was covering up and deserved some more time. Log in to Reply Kill em All May 26, 2013 I’m sad for Silva, he was stop faster then the first fight Log in to Reply chris May 26, 2013 if anyone really thought BIG FOOT stood a chance you might want to seek another sport cause that was just a give me no early stoppage ref saved his life and maybe even some childhood memories good look Mazzagatti. great card card tho wow grant is a huge lightweight exspecailly next to gray one of the bigger lightweights. i think fighters weight should be moniterd you should only be able to cut so much its just getting retarded these (some) fighters cut so much weight to fight a much smaller opponent just dont see it being fair not saying that bout grant vs gray Log in to Reply pangea12 May 26, 2013 I’ve thought Cain is the obvious #1 heavyweight even though he lost to Dos Santos for a while now. He’s so dangerous. This went exactly as I thought it would and that’s not a good thing to say about Silva since anything can happen in mma and I’m frequently wrong. At least there wern’t buckets of blood all over the ring…well, not Silva’s. Big mismatch. Log in to Reply Demon79 May 26, 2013 Did anyone think it would end differently? Cain is a Bad A**! Silva had no chance in this fight. All that training and Silva couldn’t and didn’t have time to show his speed. Thank’s for the video’s tonight Bruno. You’re the man! Log in to Reply myself May 26, 2013 Agree with Travy87! Log in to Reply FedorFailsAgain May 26, 2013 Wow that was GAY. A whole lot of paying fans sure are going to feel ass raped tomorrow morning LOL. Congratts to Cain, not hating on the champ at all. Log in to Reply straightAhead May 26, 2013 EARLY STOPPAGE ALL DAY LONG!! Daymn! They really need to start looking into that. His hand was up and he was definding. If these refs were working the Ali Foreman fight Ali would have lost in round 2! Just plain travesty Log in to Reply ruddo293 May 26, 2013 Bigfoot’s next fight will be on the facebook prelims. I don’t know which fight was worse this or the 1st one. Hunt will knock this guy out in the 1st round! Log in to Reply screwballhk May 26, 2013 Yeah, it’s different when you fight a big slow ape like Overheem and then come into fight Velasquez. Velasquez’s speed is on another level. JDS is fast but I think Velasquez is faster than him. Will be a good rematch. Log in to Reply wEz May 26, 2013 Horrible matchup of styles for bigfoot. Lack of speed and easy to hit vs a prescission fighter like cain is a walk in the park. They could fight 100 times and a similar outcome to the first two would happen 99. Log in to Reply ericsson May 26, 2013 there’s noway in hell this big brazilian ass hole can beat cain Log in to Reply bigbob May 26, 2013 bigfoot s chin is just a huge target hit it and he falls down like a deck of cards not interested in these rematches galore give it to big country already Log in to Reply PowerTele May 26, 2013 They should have let it go long but it would have been another beating like he did to JDS. That was hard to watch after two rounds of let me smash your jaw in. Log in to Reply overhandriteonurchin May 26, 2013 I agree with Dave, could out done with a couple more seconds i think. Why was Bigslow even that low to get tagged like that? If you have a height and reach advantage, you use it. Log in to Reply TsaGoii May 26, 2013 This was such a beautiful left + right punch combo. Both landed right on the button (Chin). There is 2 effective ways, among others, that you can drop a man of any size. At the front of the chin, aiming downard and hitting the lower part of it. 2nd. The very effective side hit of the chin. These type of hits, specially perfected by such athlete (Silva, Velasques Etc.) will make that brain move within the skull, and that my dear fellows, will drop you, even if you did not want to. Pure body science here. Now..Early stoppage, maybe by few seconds, if you wished to see Silva, face first on the mat with more blood stains on it. If you pay attention, while he is trying to get back to his senses, another of those punch hurt. Left arm of Silva almost cave in on impact. Maybe who knows, he may had the opportunity to get those senses back. Maybe, but to win that fight…? With Cain right on your throat?… Same result…just got stopped before the blood. Nice fight. I still believe in Dos Santos possibilities. Log in to Reply On Tape May 26, 2013 Thanks for re-posting this fight Bruno. I clicked for you and I hope everyone else is! Log in to Reply CamaroMan79 May 27, 2013 Being involved in mma and have reffed on many occasions I believe it was a slight early stoppage. Of course you have to always protect the fighter but I think MARIO YAMASAKI should have let the match go a couple more seconds anyways. It was a title fight for Christ sake. Its hard to know form the video though of course, Silva could have been letting out some moans when those shots were hitting, but i do believe the match could have went a little longer. Not that Silva stood a chance against Cain on paper but I have seen stranger things happen.. Log in to Reply SamoanBrasileiro May 27, 2013 THe paring doesnt matter of who, more is whats important is that BigFoot fought himself to that spot and yes he lost… I dont feel like it was an early stoppage , but THIS IS a TITLE MATCH Yamasaki… Let them fight a few more seconds makes the difference in recovery and possible victory… Whether it was for Cain or Bigfoot… It wasnt that much earlier but he should make sure that he had a chance to recover then to realize that he might not be able to cont… Log in to Reply syqnys May 27, 2013 Bad stoppage. Bigfoot was covering up and was looking to stand up just as Mario jumped in. Cain punches fast and this makes refs panic… happend when Cain “finished” Rothwell… and then you get stupid people making the horrible argument, “Cain was going to win anyway, so it was good stoppage.” Log in to Reply KungFuLowKick May 27, 2013 @syqnys Yamasaki is known for taking stupid decisions when he panics.Just like When Erick Silva got DQed.He saw the guy drop from a shot he thought was illegal so he stopped the fight and DQed him.Him and Lavigne stop fights really quickly. They would be good refs for amateurs, but these are pros fighting in a title fight, don’t let the guy get pounded 20 times after he’s KOed like Mazagatti would do,but give him time.Especially when he WAS defending.
