If you’re not on the receiving end of the low blow, you can’t say it didn’t hurt! Nut shots are illegal for a reason. I like Alex but he was aware of the nut kicks; at the very least he just didn’t care, or else he would have tailored the inside leg kicks better. Three times is completely unacceptable. I don’t know why he admitted to three kicks when only two were noticeable. That just further leads me to believe he knew what he was doing, or else he wouldn’t have had a three-count in his head when he was only called for two.

I don’t understand how Ed didn’t groin kick him then strike his spine as hard as he could after the second one, that’s how I would have “milked it”. He wouldn’t have been disqualified either because they would have been even at that point.

What a douche… The first groin shot landed flush with full power. The replay/audio of it clearly showed that. The 2nd one was nothing much, but the 3rd one was absolutely brutal, and any guy out there who’s been hit in the nuts knows how bad it’d be if someone hit you there again soon after.

As well as that, how can he say dominated the whole fight when he nearly got ko’d by a clean head kick.

I hope he gets cut.

B.S. move by Caceres. He should be thanking Figueroa for saving his ass. Edwin could easily have stayed down and get Alex disqualified.
More than that, Figueroa got a 6 months medical suspension for injury to the groin. You don’t get six months without a paycheck for faking an injury.
Caceres needs to man up, apologize, and thank Edwin. If he was DQed, he could have been let go from the UFC. He is keeping his job only because Figueroa kept fighting, which allowed Caceres to show off.

Too bad he’s a cheating baby, he would’ve easily won that fight were he not a punk. Truly too bad for him, he’ll still get fights because he’s marketable, because had he won he’d be possibly legit. Overall he’s a jerk for crying like this, after all that domination he still couldn’t finish.

He looked really good vs Cole Escovedo.He kicked his ass standing up and in BJJ.But you get warned to not kick in the balls then you do it again and gt a point taken off normallly you start to aim better or change technic to not get DQed.So i’m totally for the 2 points deduction.Even if it’s accidental you can’t kick a guy 3 times in the balls and only lose 1 point.
