For all those people that thought Brock displayed an entertaining attitude, think again. It made a mockery of MMA. Set it back and made it look like the WWE. Classless and stupid. Dana will probably put his aZZ on ice for awhile before he pays out another $400,000 for a champion to act like an ape. What a black eye for the sport, what douche.

Apology seemed sincere, but the damage was done to the organization. Fortunately, people have short term memories. It will probaly be a good 6 motnhs before he fights again unless Fedor comes over.

Speaking of Fedor, will he stop listening to bad business moves? Stay away from poorly paid shows and defunt organizations!

Not sure that Fedor will walk through Brock, but if he fights like we expect him to, he will ultimately get the submission. As far as Dan Henderson, I’d definitely like him to fight the winner of Marquardt/Maia BEFORE he gets a re-match with Anderson Silva…b/cuz if Maia can beat Marquardt, which I doubt, but if he does, he should get the next title shot against the spider since Marquardt and Hendo have both already lost to the champion….and if Mai can withstand Marquardt, who has looked exceptional lately, he has the best chance out of the three to beat Anderson…

Good for Brock to apologize like that. You could tell he was pissed from losing the way he did the first time, and naturally he had lots of emotion connected with that. lessnar would be one of the toughest opponent that fedor had met in his life. believe me…..lessnar becomes better and better! he has the power, he is fast,he has his basic on wrestling and he has heavy hands.
fedor is the best hw ever….it´s not important if he loose one fight against lessnar ore someone else. but, i would like to see this fight!! maybe the best fight in this devision, after noguera vs. fedor in pride.

mir is to slow and don´t has the power for opponents like lessnar or fedor. but his technique is perfect! sorry for mir!

How many fights have you seen (especially a few years ago) where someone knocked someone down and they thought, “That’s it, he’s done.” and didn’t follow it up… only to watch the guy recover and become a threat again? I watch MMA regularly, and haven’t watch WWE in 15 years, since I was a kid… but the UFC could only WISH to have the ratings, the fan base, and the earning power of the WWE, even today in what are relatively ‘lean times’ for professional wrestling. If that’s your best argument against Brock’s behaviour, I’m betting that Dana won’t be convinced by it.

Brock Lesnar could thank that obsolete cage for various advantages like: being able to pin opponents against it and GnP; and all the dead time wasted by being pinned against it while on the feet to prevent take-downs. A ring definitely requires more skill to control opponents even from the mount position; and with the inclusion of 4point attacks? totally different environment NO ufc fighter is used to dealing with. Except the obvious former PrideFC/current ufc participants.
