Brett Rogers vs Alexander Volkov Fight Video Bellator 75
rodgers is washed up!
Bruno: Rogers broke his arm in two places in the opening minutes of the fight. The break came as a result of a blocked Volkov kick.
Volkov is a dangerous dude. Bellator is cornering the market with talented Russian fighters.
When you spend all your free time ‘Pitying the Fool’ instead of training it really affects your cardio…
Pathetic.
rogers musta been having Fedor flashbacks haha
Rogers isnt washed up he was never very good and this skilled Russian kickboxer exposed this fact.
All Brett ever had was heavy hands and size.
was it only the last round? cool fight..
Old School. i think the break comes at 3:45 into the first video
rogers sucked!!!
Rogers was scared
I liked the old school Rogers that showed up to fight.
i like how so many don’t read comments before posting theirs
fedor said this guy was a top 3 guy in the world after they fought
they both sucks!!! what a boring fight
That was one of Rogers worst fights I have ever seen. Broken arm would explain a lot of things. But Volkov looked really good he was picking Rogers apart.
Wonder the left kicks at 3:44 & 4:07 broke Rogers’ arm?
don’t forget Alexander is training with Fedor Emelianenko and Gegard Mousasi “two legends”.
After all his Karate background makes him a better, sharper, and faster striker than an MMA fighter… Combinations of Oi-zuki, gyaku-zuki…straight in punches = longer reach.
Rogers looked like a punching bag, I understand his arm was broken in the fight so got 2 give him props 4 that but otherwise he was completely out classed. MMA fighters that have a back ground in Martial arts have hardened their hands, elbows, shins and feet and that makes all the difference.
In a BType fight that looks lengthy, I tend to skip to the end of the clip so I watched the last couple minutes of R2, and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out his arm was screwed since he wasn’t firing with it. In b/w the 1st and 2nd rounds Rogers even mentions his arm is broke. Damm commentators, couldn’t hear the rest of the convo…. anyways, I did see him using a front kick, but it’s up to him whether he just wanna use his fists, but it’s also his problem if the other fighter takes it away from him, especially if it’s his bread and butter in a fight.
