Man, I don’t know what’s worse, the event’s refs or announcers. To be quite honest, they both really sucked, but the ref should get more criticism as he puts the fighters’ health at risk with poor decisions, which occured at least two times during this event, while the announcers on the other hand, obviously put no one at physical risk, but damn they are annoying to listen to and one could make the argument that they put the sport’s reputation at risk as well.

HAHA. MuayThai#1 you think Spiritwolf is one dimentional? The guy is an expert at jiu jitsu and fights smart. Spiritwolf is about the coolest name in MMA and the fact that its his real name probably makes guys think twice about fighting him.

im gonna start training the “straight looping right hand” immediatly. i thought this strike was only a story old fighters told young fighters about to scare them. physically impossibe but somehow spiritwolf pulled one off. now to see if the roundhouse front kick and the neck kimura are also fiction?

That’s what happens when you throw punches from your waist. Cooper used only three jabs which are the most important part of standup. He threw punches but never moved his head once. He got hit with one right hand, never made any defense adjustment, than another right hand a left hook and two closing right hands. His stand up is bad, he fights with his hands too far apart and he has no reaction to his opponent punching. He just moves forward. Spiritwolfe is cagey and anyone with boxing sense could see that knockout coming. go back and analyse the video and look at the hits by spiritwolfr before the knockout. Oh and Muay Thai is not #1. The MMA fighters are learning that if you cant fight like a boxer than you got a tough time on standup. This game is evolving to a good standup. People want to see knockouts.
