I agree with @p**********.Coffee after a couple of years just becomes a habit and doesn’t help you.You drink real juice and you’ll have more energy.Coffee just makes you addicted and it makes you want the coffee,not the “energy” it gives.It’s like enrgey drinks without all the sugar.You think it gives you energy until you compeltly quit and then you realize it just makes you think you have more enrgy when in fact it makes you less energetic.

why so much hate for Brendan. i like the guy. ya he has been on the receiving end of some pretty bad ko’s but he does have good, fast hands for a hw. and hes always cool in his interviews. don’t hate on him for getting ko’d unless your getting in the cafe with heavyweights as well.
