There are a hand full of fighters that the outcome of the fight depends on which version of them shows up that night. Jardine and Vera are both like that. When they’re on they destroy people but when when they’re not it’s not so good. Though I’ve never seen Vera get destroyed like Jardine has by Alexander and Wandy, Vera has never fought that caliber of fighter, so i think it will be very interesting to see how this plays out. The one thing i will say is that Brandon Vera at 100 percent is a better fighter than Keith Jardine at 100 percent, so assuming both men show up healthy and on point, i gotta go with Vera on this one.

Brandon is “training to get hit” because all he needs to do is survive to the decision and he’ll win it. Fight is already fixed. The judges are bought. Jardine made the mistake of beating Dana’s boy chuck.

Or maybe that bullshit with Forest/Rampage where Rampage landed more shots and did more damage but lost via decision has turned me into a conspiracy theorist. I will say this though, when I consider how much money can be made fixing fights… it is silly to think that it doesn’t happen.

I’ll explain this slowly, since you have no idea what you’re talking about. Rampage obviously won the 1st round, knocking Forest down and almost out. Forest did shit in that roud… yet the judges gave Forest that round. That is the story of the whole fight.

Forest landed more strikes in the fight only if you count wimpy-ass front leg kicks and weak, no-power jabs that don’t do *anything* to your opponent. Sure, Forest landed some good, hard leg kicks initially. But go watch round three where he up’d his strike numbers with do-nothing, powerless front leg kicks and jabs and you’ll know what I’m talking about. You seriously think someone should win a belt away from a champion by touching him more times? This isn’t homosexual-love arts… it is mixed *martial* arts.

Rampage won, hands down. You can tell by counting the strikes (and by strike I mean more then barely touching the other guy… I’m talking hard, powerful strikes that actually do something). You can also tell the old school way… just by looking at the fighters afterwards. Rampage f’d forest up, hands down. Again… round 1 is the story of the whole fight. Fight was fixed. Judges were bought. There is unanimous agreement Rampage had round 1 no question. Except for the judges. Face it. You’re beloved UFC is a fraud my friend.

whitey..stfu. I dont really like forest, but he won that fight. 1 round doesnt determine the decision of the judges no matter how decisive it was. Forest controlled the majority of the fight. Im glad u weren’t a judge for the fight. ure name says it all..stick to watching boxing..cuz dats really all u look at in an mma fight. P.S. Vera wont disappoint this time..Pinoy Pride baby!!!

Very good Brandon you have incorporated getting hit into your training. From the lack of any definition on your body whatsoever I just assumed it was common practice for you to take all fights 3 weeks out. Your training will come in handy because Jardine is gonna hit you up down and all over your doughy body. I got my man Keith Jardine winning by KO or decision. Can’t wait to hear your next excuse. No one said round one should determine the fight. I said there is unanimous agreement that Rampage *clearly* won round one… yet the judges gave it to Forest. That shows the pattern of what was going on. People like you just ignore that evidence… because you apparently don’t have the balls to admit judges get bought.

Forest didn’t control that fight… he got the shit kicked out of him. Just because he may have touched Rampage more times doesn’t mean anything. Sure, Forest got a couple good kicks in. But for the most part his weak-ass, poorly aimed, powerless jabs and front kicks did absolutely nothing to control the fight. On the other hand, Rampage’s power-precision strikes wrecked Forest’s face and almost knocked him out. That is fight control. Anyone can touch another person… that does nothing to control a fight.

Judges were bought. Plain and simple. You’d have to be ignorant to not see it. Thankfully (for the UFC) there are plenty of you out there. So go right ahead and keep drinking your kool-aid if it makes you feel better.

As to Jardine, i don’t see him knockin out Vera.. Vera is very good in all aspects of the sports ( MMA ) so i think Vera will win this fight.. GO GO GO FILIPINO

You may not all agree., but here is what happened to Werdum vs. Vera fight…

Werdum and Vera started with jabs until Vera lands a hard punch at werdums chin yet it wasnt enuf to knock him out., Vera follows with a few jabs until he got caught by Werdums lucky punch of which Vera shook off the punch and turns to his left without knowing Werdum was right behind him, and so Werdum was able to take down Vera., and that’s were the Faggot Referee looked right into., middle of the last minute Werdum mounted vera and throws punches that doesnt do any damage at all. I mean Vera is on his back with all the kind of defense against a BJJ black belt., then this f*ckin Referee stoppped the fight.. Damn it!! 20 more seconds with punches like that from Werdum even a freakin 2 year old kid can take that..

As for J_satan., its not that i haven’t moved on yet with that fight. it was just that a lot of fans are talking shit about Vera’s fights that the last three fights aren’t so exciting.

OK i agree with it as for the Reese Andy fight., but come to think of it., how could Vera possibly make the fight exciting if he’s fighting against a no name fighter., even if Vera knock him out still it’ll be like as expected already…

I just want to make a point on the Werdum fight., if the fight was not stopped., i think Vera would have won the fight., and therefore there’ll be no shity things being said against Vera’s fights.

sash i can see your point of view, but typically when a bjj guy gets a stand up guy down once it builds confidence. you know you can get him down again. also having verdum fully mounted on you will sap a shit load of energy. i would of loved a rematch, but then he changed weight. i know almost everyone would of liked a rematch. i have verdum winning 9 times out of 10.
