Great Fight! IMO the ref shoulda given Alvarado a standing 8 but oh well.
That was the best boxing match I’ve seen in a long, long time.

Nice boxing match. I agree, should’ve been a standing 8. I don’t think it would’ve ended any differently though, Alvarado wasn’t hurting Rios at all but any time Rios landed clean, Alvarado backed up. Big difference in power.

nice fight, this fight reminded me the good old times when boxing was great.
that was a good stoppage this type of fighter don’t show weakness, when you see them hurt they are almost dead. Alvarado fought his heart out i hope he come back stronger.
