lashley won the fight. landed the cleaner and heavier shots. it just looked like thompson won because lashley was so tired. Also i think lashley can take punches better than lesnar and is not afraid to brawl.

Is anyone actually surprised? Thompson is a bad fighter himself but Lashley is an idiot if he thinks he can be a respectable fighter at that weight. He needs to cut that useless muscle and drop to 205. Thompson is huge himself but he doesn’t have that show muscle on him, so it came as no surprise that he had better cardio. Combine that with his decent chin and Lashley’s bad stand up and you had your outcome predetermined.

I never respected James Thomson as a fighter, but this fight earned him a little respect from me. I mean he is still slow and his technique needs a lot of improvement. But, he surely is one tough dude!

mma needs a new rule introduced, if a fighter delivers a ‘nut shot’ the fighter that received the ‘nut shot’ should be allowed to return the favor, every time it happens.getting hit in the nuts takes a lot out of a fighter.

I don’t remember Lashley being able to box like that before.
That is a lot of punch output for Lashley, especially considering I seem to recall that he used to gas out quickly.
Lashley was exhausted but he did not quit and he kept throwing hurtful punches.
